Info: Beautiful 1950, 30 ft. Spartan Mansion, tandem axle. Not original. Was nearly gutted when brother got it over 20 years ago. Front closet and overhead shelves above front deck windows are original. He re paneled the whole thing. WireTech rack shelving in kitchen, in booth area, for book shelves and toward the back for clothing. These attractive racks actually work well for airflow in this unit for winter humidity. Built in bed in back. New 20 gal. H2O heater (6-2011,) Cozy heat stove, 3 burner stainless steel cook stove top and roof mounted A/C. Also has a GE clothes washer and dryer. Dryer needs work. Brother became disabled, roof sprang a leak he could not fix himself. Primarily the roof needs sealing and a section of paneling replaced over the front door. Front deck windows should be replaced at some point, but original windows suffice with some help. Have a resource, here in Colorado, and August 2011 price quote for replacement windows and gaskets. All systems are functional and brother loved it, living in it for 20+ years until the end of June 2011. It makes a warm, snug shelter. Needs a little TLC and someone to love it. Outer skin is good, with some character marks and aluminum underbelly is intact. Tires look good. Bearings were packed in late 2004, for move from Okla. to Colorado. Comes with two 30 lb. propane tanks.
